Every day is exciting as a Sous Chef. Here’s what you’ll do:
Lead and motivate the kitchen team by fostering a positive environment and providing feedback and daily briefings.
Manage stock, control costs, reduce waste, and ensure delivery accuracy.
Oversee preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
Maintain compliance with food hygiene, allergen regulations, and Health & Safety standards.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Ensures efficient operations and high food preparation standards.
Has a passion for preparing dishes based on seasonal ingredients, trends, and customer preferences.
Understands health and safety regulations and best practices in food hygiene.
