Every day is exciting as a Commis Chef. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Get hands-on with food prep—help prepare the dishes that make us shine, from chopping and cooking to plating.
• Take the lead on making fresh sandwiches and vibrant salads—balanced, beautiful, and made with care.
• Keep your section clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
• Support the Head Chef and fellow team members to keep service running smoothly.
• Stick to cleaning schedules and maintain top-notch hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Learn the ins and outs of our menu, so you can help deliver every dish with pride.
• Treat our kitchen tools and equipment with respect—they work hard, just like we do!
