We’re about to relaunch Boxcar Bar & Grill as Boxcar Fire & Wine — a fresh new concept built around fire-led cooking, seasonal ingredients, and bold flavours. It’s an exciting moment of change, and we’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join us on this journey.

This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a small, skilled brigade where your ideas, energy, and commitment will be seen and appreciated. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, learning, growing, and honing your craft as we bring our new menu and concept to life.

• Work with beautiful seasonal produce and fire-cooked dishes — from prep through to service.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have solid experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up.
• Take real pride in your work — from prep to plating, hygiene to teamwork.
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude and are keen to learn and grow your skills.
• Are excited by the chance to help deliver a new menu and concept from the ground up.
