Boxcar Hyde Park is our neighbourhood coffee shop and bakery, sitting just moments from Hyde Park in Connaught Village. Built around great coffee, brilliant baking and genuinely warm hospitality, it’s a busy little spot with plenty of personality.

The counter is filled with pastries, cakes and bakes made by our bakery team, alongside breakfast and lunch dishes, sandwiches and seasonal specials. Coffee is a big part of what we do, with the same focus on quality, consistency and craft that runs through everything we serve.

We have regulars we know by name, new faces coming through the door every day, and a team that cares about getting the details right.

We’re looking for a driven, service-focused Supervisor to join our team at Boxcar Hyde Park. You’ll be passionate about hospitality, confident leading a shift and comfortable setting the pace on the floor. You’ll support the team, keep standards high and make sure every guest gets the warm, thoughtful service Boxcar is known for.

As our Supervisor you’ll Be:

• Warm, professional, and attentive with guests

• Confident in a fast-paced, all-day setting

• Skilled in coffee prep, with solid experience in table service
