We’re searching for someone who brings great energy, a genuine smile, and a warm welcome for every guest. As a Barista You Will:

• Provide friendly and efficient service to our guests

• Work collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations and deliver outstanding experiences

• Learn and master all aspects of our menu

• Be confident in executing orders in a fast and efficient manner

• Embrace the spirit of teamwork, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment

• Compak grinders (with a Mythos on the way)

• Bespoke, small-batch coffee from Reads Coffee Roasters, rotating regularly for variety.

What We’re Looking For in a Barista:

• A great attitude

• A passion for coffee and service

• Skilled with latte art skills (heart, Rosetta, tulip) 

• Ability to adjust grinder and dial in to set recipe

• Confident working a til system and recommending items to guests

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Focus on delivering exceptional guest service

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. it's really important that you have weekend availability as that's a buzzing time for us.
