What you'll be doing as Chef de Partie:

Own your section, prep, cook, and plate every dish to perfection

Lead by example during peak hours, keeping things calm, clean, and in control

Set up for success, your section runs like clockwork from the first order to the last

Work closely with the whole kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and smooth service
