Every day is exciting as a Head Barista. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Develop and lead our team, ensuring it reflects our dedication to service excellence.
• Craft exceptional coffee beverages with precision and care.
• Manage inventory effectively to maintain freshness and availability.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold high standards of coffee preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the coffee department.
• Build a community hub for our guests, standing out amongst our competitors.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Previous experience as a Head Barista or Lead Barista in a specialty coffee setting.
• Extensive knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavour profiles.
• Proficiency in espresso extraction, latte art, and milk texturing techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a relentless pursuit of exceptional guest service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Taking responsibility for opening the business when scheduled.
